DOOM SCROLL is a minimalist behavioral awareness game by FATE HEREAFTER where real-world actions become the game state. Exercise builds Energy, scrolling drains it, Sleep closes the run, and the Log becomes an honest record of how you actually spent your time. It does not tell you to stop scrolling—it makes the cost visible.
